Session Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes. I see clients online across California - all via Google Meet, no commute required.

I believe the right support shouldn't be out of reach because of money. If my full fee is a real barrier for you, say so when you reach out. I consider reduced fee arrangements on a case by case basis and will always be honest with you about what's possible.
Payment & Insurance
I'm private pay, which means I don't bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of each session - no surprises, no awkward end-of-session transactions.
Credit cards, debit cards, HSA and FSA cards - all accepted. Payment is handled through my client portal before or at the time of your session.
I don't bill insurance directly, but I can provide a monthly superbill - a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
It's worth calling your insurance before we start and asking specifically about your out-of-network mental health benefits. A lot of clients are surprised by what they can get back.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before we begin. I provide this to all new clients. Just ask if you'd like to see it before scheduling.
