Individual Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults and the People Who Love Them

Maybe you have a diagnosis. Maybe you have a strong hunch and a lifetime of evidence. Maybe you're not neurodivergent yourself, but you love or parent someone who is, and you're the one quietly holding it together. Wherever you're starting from, this is individual work built around how your brain - and your life - actually operates.

"You don't need a diagnosis to deserve support, and you don't need to earn understanding by explaining yourself perfectly first. We can start with whatever you actually have."

Who This Is For

Two Different Starting Points. Both Welcome Here.

01

You're Neurodivergent - Diagnosed or Discovering It

You might have an official ADHD, autism, or AuDHD diagnosis, or you might just be pretty sure at this point. Either way, you're carrying questions about how your brain actually works, what masking has cost you, and what it means to build a life that fits you instead of one you're constantly adapting yourself to survive.

02

You're Neurotypical, Navigating Someone Else's Neurodivergence

You're not the one with the diagnosis - your partner, your kid, or someone close to you is. You're exhausted, maybe a little resentful, maybe grieving something you can't quite name. This is space for your experience specifically, separate from the relationship work, where you don't have to filter what you say through how it affects anyone else. (If it's your partner, you may also want to read about partner support.)

How I Help

What We Actually Work On Together

01

Identity & Diagnosis Processing

A late diagnosis - or even just a strong self-suspicion - can rewrite how you see your whole history. We make room for the grief, the relief, and the reframing, at whatever pace that actually takes.

02

Masking & Burnout Recovery

Years of performing "normal" take a real toll. We work on identifying where you've been masking, what it's costing you, and what it might look like to unmask somewhere safe.

03

Executive Function & Daily Life

Not generic productivity tips - real systems built around how your specific brain manages time, follow-through, and overwhelm, without shame attached to what hasn't worked before.

04

Somatic Regulation

Seventeen years as an acupuncturist, before I became a therapist, taught me the body holds what the mind hasn't caught up to yet. We bring nervous system work into session, not just talk.

People Who Find Their Way Here Are Often

Recently diagnosed, or wondering if they should be. Burned out from years of masking or overcompensating. The neurotypical partner or parent who's tired of holding the emotional weight alone. Sometimes all of the above, in the same season of life.

Common Questions

Things People Ask Before Reaching Out

Do I need an ADHD or autism diagnosis to work with you?
No. Many of my clients are still figuring out whether they're neurodivergent, or have a strong sense but no formal assessment. You don't need a label to get support. If you want a formal diagnosis at some point, I can point you toward people who do that assessment work.
What does neurodivergent-affirming therapy actually mean?
It means your brain isn't treated as the problem to fix. We work with how you actually process, regulate, and move through the world - and look at what masking, burnout, and a lifetime of adapting have cost you - rather than trying to make you look more neurotypical.
Can you help with a late diagnosis as an adult?
Yes - it's a big part of what I do, and something I went through myself. A late ADHD or autism diagnosis often brings relief, grief, and a reframe of your whole history at once. We make room for all of it.
How much do sessions cost, and do you take insurance?
Individual sessions are $200 for 50 minutes. I'm private pay and can provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement; reduced fees are considered case by case. Details on the fees page.
