I hold space for the process of grief to unfold.  Together we follow the signs of the body to help navigate through this messy middle stage.  

Some sessions may evoke sadness, while other sessions may bring about deep belly laughter.  We always come back to the non linear path of grief and honor exactly where you are in your process.
